A little about us:

The Wisconsin County Highway Association (formerly known as the Wisconsin County Highway Commissioner and Committee Members Association) was formed in 1990. 


The WCHA became an affiliate of the National Association of County Engineers in 1998.  We are an incorporated, non-partisan association of county governments in the state of Wisconsin and are organized for the purpose of protecting and furthering the common interests of county governments in performing the governmental function of constructing and maintaining highways.

In June 2011 we proudly celebrated our 100 year anniversery...
